"Rascotic Studios", "we" and "us" mean the independent game studio that operates this site under the name Rascotic Studios (see our imprint).

Using the site

You may browse the site and share links to it. You must not misuse it: for example, by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, introducing malicious code or scraping it in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.

Intellectual property

The content of the site, including text, images, logos, screenshots and the names Rascotic Studios, Lumberjack Party and Football Life Simulator, belongs to Rascotic Studios or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it except as allowed by law, or as allowed by our press asset licence for press material. The fonts used on the site are licensed under the SIL Open Font License; see the font licences.

Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation in the U.S. and/or other countries. Unity is a trademark or registered trademark of Unity Technologies or its affiliates in the U.S. and elsewhere. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use on this site does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

Information about our games

Our games are in development. Features, platforms, languages, dates and other details described on the site may change before release, and screenshots show work in progress. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell a product.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
