Press asset licence

This licence covers the logos, screenshots, renders and text in our press kit (the "press assets").

"Rascotic Studios", "we" and "us" mean the independent game studio that operates this site under the name Rascotic Studios (see our imprint).

What you may do

Rascotic Studios gives you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable permission to use the press assets for editorial coverage of Lumberjack Party and Rascotic Studios, including:

• news articles, previews, reviews and features, online or in print;
• videos, streams and podcasts about the game, including monetised ones;
• thumbnails and cover images for that coverage.

You may resize and crop screenshots, and quote or shorten our descriptions, as long as the meaning is kept.

What you may not do

• Alter, recolour, distort or animate the logos, or combine them with other marks.
• Use the press assets in advertising, or in a way that suggests we endorse you, a product or a service.
• Sell the press assets or use them on merchandise.
• Present the work as your own or remove copyright notices.

Credit

Where practical, please credit "Rascotic Studios" and link to rascoticstudios.com/games/lumberjack-party.

Work in progress

The game is in development. Screenshots show work in progress and may not reflect the final game. Please make that clear where it matters.

Ownership and ending this licence

The press assets remain the property of Rascotic Studios. We may update this licence or ask you to stop using particular assets, for example if they become out of date; coverage already published may stay up. Questions or other uses: info@rascoticstudios.com.

No other rights are granted. Using our names and logos under this licence does not give you any right in our trademarks beyond identifying our games and studio. The press assets are provided "as is". This licence is governed by the law of England and Wales.
